Notes linked to an intervention or assessment will now show in a link in the Assessment Viewer overlay. Also, a link to the assessment is now available from the Note overlay.

Selecting the intervention from the Nurse/Allied Health or the Activity tab:

®    Clicking the paper icon will open the Note overlay to view the documentation.

Selecting the note icon from the Nurse/Allied Health or Activity tab:

®    Clicking the View Assessment will open the Assessment Viewer overlay to view the documentation.
