When to Complete a Bed Reservation:

1. Anytime you assign a bed for any reason:

How to complete a Bed Reservation:

1. Main Menu
2. Bed Management Desktop
3. Single Mode (Or from the Bed Request list, select the patient)
4. Bed Reservation
5. Account Identifier = Patient name / Account #
6. Fields to complete:
7. Confirm Reservation (at the bottom)
8. Save

How to Modify/Cancel a Bed Reservation (plans do change):

1. Single Mode
2. Bed reservation
3. Account Identifier = Patient name / Account #
4. Unconfirm Reservation (at the bottom)
5. Make your changes
6. Confirm Reservation again
7. Save
