LIT-63682 - MIC: Add Previously Known As Functionality for Organisms

Three new fields; Previous Name, Start Date, and End Date, have been added to the MIC Organism Dictionary. 

Additionally, the existing LIS Site, along with Name, and Mnemonic fields have been relocated from page 1 to page 4 and has been renamed to "Performing Site".

LIT-63688 - MIC: Add Other Mnemonic Field to the Organism Dictionary

An Other Mnemonic can be defined for a MIC Organism. 

The existing "Non-Reported Antibiotics" field has been moved to page 3 of the dictionary.

LIT-64846 - LIS: Add Patient Facility Specific Data Fields for MEditor

The following data fields can be used with Pathology MEditor Reports, and are available in the system anywhere a Get Key action (F5) can be made and data fields may be accessed

o    Patient's facility name  - [pt facility name]

o    Patient's facility address 1  - [pt facility addr1]

o    Patient's facility address 2 - [pt facility addr2]

o    Patient's facility city - [pt facility city]

o    Patient's facility state - [pt facility state]

o    Patient's facility zip - [pt facility zip]

o    Patient's facility city/state/zip - [pt facility csz]

o    Patient's facility main phone - [pt facility phone]

LIT-65074 - PTH: Findings Category Dx Update to Support XPTH Auto-selection

The PTH Findings Category Dictionary's Name field's length has been increased from 30 to 60 characters, the Category Num field label has been relabeled from Category and allows a given number to be used more than once across categories, and the entry lookup includes a third column dedicated to the Category Num.

The PTH Findings Category List Report's existing CATEGORY# column label has been updated to CAT NUM, the column displays before the NAME column, and the values for the CAT NUM column are centered and left-justified.

Additionally, the third Category Num column displays when performing a lookup in the Findings Category field in other dictionaries.

LIT-66277 - PTH Medical Term Dictionary Add Performing Site Mapping Fields

The PTH Medical Term Dictionary has been updated for Procedure types only (PROC) to support mapping Ordering Sites to Performing Sites. The fields for procedures (PROC and QC) have been reorganized so that Page 3 focuses on ordering and slides, and Page 4 focuses on performing and billing.

LIT-68091 - PTH: Allow Definable File Drop Path for Data Stream

With this enhancement, the following changes have been made to the LIS Label Printer Dictionary:

o    A check has been added to the File Drop Client field on the PTH page to determine if the ANPServer is running on the client

o    A new block has been added above the Cassette Data Stream and Slide Data Stream blocks on the PTH page containing a view-only Printer field multiple and an associated File Path field multiple 

o    The number of rows displayed in the cassette and slide Keywords tables has been reduced to 9

LIT-69650 - LIS: Rename "OM Duplicate Hrs" Dictionary Fields (LAB, MIC, BBK)

Within the Enter/Edit Lab Test, BBK Test and MIC Procedure dictionaries, view and list, the field "OM Duplicate Hrs" displays as "OM Duplicate Reject Hours". 

LIT-65475 and ORD-108511- LIS: OM Order Cancel Request Reject For Specimens with Collection Information Regardless of Status

This change ensures that any order with collected specimen data remains active and will not be canceled.  When OM submits a stop request for pending work on discharged patients, the system will reject the stop request if collection data exists for the order's specimen.
