AMBFO - Family Provider Field

Summary of Change: 

The family provider field was added to the ambulatory action screens for the booking, check-in, Check-out, Follow-up, and pending routines.

The Family Provider field is now in the Booking questionnaire and will auto-populate if the facility has a Demo Recall.

Booking

The Family Provider is now visible in the Patient Summary at the visit level and is available in the Appointment Detail tab.

Check-in

During the Check-in process, the family provider is displayed in the Appointment Detail section, but it is greyed out. You must cancel and return to the previous page if the family provider information is incorrect.
