AMBFO - Patient Instructions Print from Auto-Displayed instructions Overlay

Summary of Change: 

This change will print the appointment instructions correctly from auto-displayed instructions. 

When scheduling an appointment that includes Patient Instructions, you can check the "Print" box to specify that you want to print the instructions. After that, select the number of copies you need and choose the print destination. Once you finish booking the appointment, the instructions will print.
