AMBFO - Visit Provider/Attending Provider

Summary of Change: 

This change ensures that the Visit provider appears on the Providers tab when editing or viewing an ambulatory visit in the REG Management desktop.

Visit Provider Or Visit (Acct) = Attending Provider

Visit (Appt) =  Appt (Provider Associated to the Visit) 

The Visit (Appt) Provider) appears when Booking an appointment in the Ambulatory module

During check-in, the "Visit Prov (Appt)”  field is labelled "Appt." And the Attending Provider Field is  labeled “Visit (Acct)

In the Registration Management Desktop (Ambulatory Subdivision), the “Attending Provider” field is referred to as "Visit Provider.”

NOTE: This change is currently unavailable for “Ambulatory Recurring” accounts.
