AMBFO/CWS Grid Edit Reports

Summary of Change: 

Display user and date/time for schedule edits made via the Scheduling Grid

With this enhancement, the user, date, and time of a manual edit are displayed on the 'View Comment Detail' screen in Ambulatory and Community-Wide Scheduling. Additionally, a shortcut to the Grid Edits Report for that day is displayed on the screen. 

The previously edited resource can be identified by selecting the Resource Comment icon in the Community Wide Scheduling Resource mode. The last edit displays the user, date, and time for the manual edit. The report can be printed by selecting the Grid Edits Report footer button.
