Registering an appointment as No Show
In Central Registration go to the date of the no show.

Find the patient (you can filter the list by name in alphabetical order by clicking on the name field)

Select the patient and hit check in

Go to Visit Data and change your location to No Show, you may need to change the date to the date of the appointment if registering on a different day and hit Check In & Scan. (Yes, to validate the HCN)
