The Special Indicators (SI) edit screen has been enhanced to provide a more intuitive and safer process for managing patient SIs. Previously, an "X" option was used to remove indicators. The “X” was found to be unclear to end users and occasionally led to the inadvertent removal of valid indicators - potentially impacting patient care. This enhancement replaces the "X" button with a new "Remove" button, offering a clearer, more deliberate action to help ensure users understand they are actively removing a SI.

Upon clicking the Remove button, the Special Indicator becomes low-lit and the Remove becomes red with an undo arrow.

Before saving the change, clicking the red Removed text or the undo arrow will return the Special Indicator to its original state, and the Remove button will display again.
