All referrals coming to Fracture clinic should be submitted through Oceans. Please ask that staff do not click "confirmed" when submitting the referral as this causes confusion for the clerks working the clinic.
From the ER, are we still using the fracture clinic referral paper and faxing it? Is an appointment provided to the patient prior to them leaving? Is this done through Oceans? Is the process the same from day time to night time?
