Change Product Account 

Both of these functions can be used when a BBK product order needs to be moved to a different account. 

Move to Acct 

  1. Open the Requisition desktop (Desktop -> Requisition) 
  2. Select Move to Acct 

 

 

  1. Enter the patient info in the Move From Patient Acct field to pull in the appropriate patient and the account the specimen is currently on. 
  2. In the Req Number field, perform an F9 lookup. Find the requisition containing the specimen to be moved. 
  3. The list of all orders on the selected requisition will display in the “Orders” box. Confirm that the appropriate tests are listed. 
  4. In the Move to Patient Acct field, perform an F9 lookup and select the account that the specimen should be moved to. 
  5. Confirm that the “Move From” and “Move to” accounts are correct. 
  6. Press F12 or click Save to file. A pop-up will appear to indicate that the old requisition was cancelled and a new one created.

 

 

 

Change Product Order Account 

  1. Open the specimen desktop (Desktop -> Specimen) and select “Single” on the top right of the screen. 
  2. Select Edit -> Change Product Order Account 

 

  1. Scan or type in the specimen containing the products to be moved.
  2. Perform an F9 lookup to select the account the products should be moved to.
