HIM- Compliance Sampling of Scanned Images

In order to ensure that the scanning of documents and assignment of patient id, form Id's, no missing records, and quality of images are legible a HIM staff member would take a batch of scanned documents to review. If errors are found they can be reported to the respective Deparment Manager and then can be corrected.
