HIM - Release of Information (ROI)
ROI is the release of information on a patient. Requests are made via mail, fax, phone or in person and are handled by the HIM Clerk/ROI Analyst through the ROI Dekstop. Requests can be managed from start to finish or can be "Logged" and managed in a worklist after to process.
