Details |

ECHART This change allows users to select whether to include record level documents when using the output function for specific visits, without having to click into the separate record documents button and use output from there. These are produced as a separate line item within the list of visits, and not within the individual accounts. SCAN-358 |

Removal of MY DRIVE option. With this change, when accessing MEDITECH applications from a web browser, using Output in Echart and selecting the Download option, the user will no longer be prompted for a file location in MyDrive. Instead, when choosing that download option, the file will be automatically downloaded to the browsers download location and the user will be informed via a browser window of the file name.

Foreground Compiling in ECHART has been REMOVED from WEB Browser

Users will no longer see as all compiling will be in the Background in WEB.

Analyst Desktop Parameter – Suppress Manually Signed Prompt – Delivered Blank This is site specific so if a site is interested in this setting, please let us know.
MESH – Scan Options Scan-10306 |
The “Use MESH Client Side Scanning” if blank = YES whereas before update blank = No. Scanning in WEB should always be using MESH. So, the field should say YES or be blank.
Echart Monitor Desktop |
Old: Chart Job Queue Counts - Removed
New: All Under the Echart Monitor Desktop
NEW - HIM Toolbox Parameter – Delivered blank Would require hardware analysis of the system before implementation. System now compiling using the compiling intervals set in the parameters. No change in the current setup.
New Toolbox parameter – Delivered empty
Exclude Client Accounts: Currently empty, which means no change for sites. If any facilities are having to manually remove these accounts from analysis worklists, we can look at setting this field to “YES” which would exclude those CLIENT Accounts from the Analysis worklists.
NEW MENU ITEM – DATA EXCHANGE
The menu item was added as part of the PPU update; however, MIS will remove it as we do not currently have a Patient Portal in place, and therefore the Data Exchange feature is not functional. Once the Patient Portal project is underway, we will review which menus require access.
