IDM - IDM Transcriptionist Workflow

IDM Transcriptionist workflow to transcribe a providers reports. IDM procedure reports have orders associated. Care must be taken to ensure reports are associated to correct patient's, correct patient accounts and orders. Reports in the department of MI most often flow inbound from PACS but other modalities may be transcribed in Meditech. Transcriptionist must be in the correct department.
