IDM - HREC Transcriptionist Workflow
HREC Transcriptionist workflow to transcribe providers reports. HREC reports do not have orders associated. Care must be taken to ensure reports are associated to correct patient's and correct patient accounts. Transcriptionist must be in the department of HREC to access the correct reports.
