AMBFO  Add/View Scheduling Detail function to Ambulatory Hold Queue accordion

Summary of Change: 

The ability to view the scheduling details of an order is now enabled. When an order in the Ambulatory Hold Queue has had its scheduling details entered or edited, an information icon ('i) will appear to the right of the checkbox within the Ambulatory Hold Queue accordion. Click the icon to view the scheduling details for one order at a time. If multiple orders are selected and at least one has documented scheduling details, the "View Scheduling Details" overlay will appear. You can scroll through each order to view the scheduling details and an audit trail if any of the three key fields have been edited. These fields are Scheduling Priority, Scheduling Follow-up Date, and Scheduling/Provider Comment.
