AMBFO Group Appointments 

Summary of Change: 

Many enhancements are included for the Group Appointment functionality 

 **Go-to Appointment on Grid Icon**  

This update ensures that when users click the "Go To Appointment on Grid" button within the Patient Summary, they are directed to the correct appointment in the scheduling grid. To use this feature, highlight the group appointment and select the "Go To Appointment on Grid" button within the Appointment Detail accordion.

**Adding or Removing a Patient from an Existing Group Appointment via Patient Summary**  

   To manage group appointments, click on “Manage Groups.” You can then choose either "Remove From Group" or "Add to Group" and follow the necessary steps.

**Enhanced Check-in Functionality**

Once the "Arrived" radio button is selected, click the hamburger icon and choose Edit Visit Record. The appropriate Registration questionnaire will be launched.

**Family Provider Field**

The Family Provider Field is visible in the Appt Detail under the Edit Visit Record; however, it is editable in the Patient Summary under the Appt Detail accordion
