Summary of Change: 

Cancel Account Reason when cancelling a patient account in Pre Status

New field in Reg Management/Bed Management through the Cancel routine.  When you cancel you now have the option of adding a cancel reason.

This is not a mandatory field, so you do not need to complete this field to cancel the account.

The following 3 reasons have been built. If need be the region can build more upon request
