REG  - Ability to View Room/Bed in the patient look up Enhancement

Summary of Changes:

This change provides the ability to view an account's room/bed on the REG Account Lookup screen.

In Registration Management Desktop, Edit routine. The Room/Bed field appears below the Current Location field in the additional information block.

The patient's current room and bed displays for any Inpatient or Outpatient visit in a room/bed (or the last room/bed if in a discharged status).
