The ALC Tracker contains information regarding the status of various ALC orders as well as ALC dates that have been documented in the ALC Assessment.
The process begins with the Provider entering an order for ALC Designation. This will create an Orderable Assessment (Ao) in your worklist **please note : This is for Social work workflow
The indicators on this tracker display based on the status of the order. Each new type of ALC order will automatically complete the previous type of ALC order.
