All inpatient and outpatient documentation can be found within the Provider and Nurse/Allied Health tabs of the chart. However you may find it easier to locate outpatient clinic documentation through the Activity tab. 

Clicking the Activity tab will default to Activity Log. Click on Activity Log and select All Activity.

Once in All Activity, the patient’s accounts will display chronologically. 

Outpatient clinic accounts will display as Clinical or Ambulatory. 

To view the documentation for a specific date/encounter, click on the row with the date/location. Click on the documentation to view.
