CWS Resource Grid Month Mode

The Resource Grid Month Mode was redesigned to include the Schedule option and the existing Increment option.

Summary of Change: 

This feature allows users to view the Resource time slots in how they are built for the highlighted day of the month. In addition, the size of the calendar was reduced and left justified. This allows more space for the time slot block to display to the right of the calendar, allowing more time slots to appear simultaneously. Lastly, the exact Appointment Details used for the Day/Week grid cells now appear in the block under the calendar on the left of the screen to show more details for the highlighted appointment.

You can either choose to see the month view in the Schedule option or with increments
